Spring is the perfect time to get outdoors and recharge.

What better way to breathe deeply than by cycling?

The ViaRhôna , starting from Geneva , allows you to make a loop around Lyon or head south in complete tranquility to reach Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône , after Arles , or in Sète , the stronghold of Georges Brassens?

Whether it's for a journey that stretches over 815 km across eastern France along the Rhône, or for a 2, 3 or 4 day getaway depending on your schedule, nothing is more exotic than this way of traveling.

Whether with a classic bicycle for the more athletic or an electric bicycle for the older people seeking escape, this mode of transport has become, in the city as in the countryside, the preferred way to discover the landscapes.

The Domaine du Manoir is ideally located just three kilometers from the ViaRhôna, between Evieu bridge and Bregnier-Cordon bridge. the Dauphine countryside, around the Domaine, alone boasts 60 kilometers of this route. You'll leave the banks of the Rhône for a short while and find yourself in the heart of the Dauphine countryside with its unspoiled natural landscapes. Enjoy a refreshing and peaceful getaway.

At the end of the day, Lionel and Laurence welcome you for the night – or for two or three nights if you wish to combine business with pleasure – so you can relax in this magnificent setting. Enjoy the swimming pool, have a drink on the terrace, and finally end the day with a delicious meal prepared by the hostess, Laurence, who is also the chef, in the dining room dedicated to the Table d'Hôtes or on the terrace in the warmer months.

The DOMAINE DU MANOIR has implemented a sliding scale rate – booking on the website www.domainedumanoir.com – which allows you to recharge your batteries while reducing your budget. The longer you stay, the less the night costs.

From the 5th night onwards, the 6th night is free!

The Domaine du Manoir has the Accueil Vélo (Cyclist Welcome) label. Your cycling companion sleeps safely and securely like a resting horse while you enjoy the grounds in complete tranquility.

Before you leave, we offer you a delicious breakfast packed with vitamins, featuring local produce, crusty bread, pastries, and cheeses to help you prepare for the day! A quick dip in the cool water, and you're ready to go!

We can also prepare, if you wish, a hearty and varied picnic basket for your midday break, with local charcuterie, cheeses from the dairy and fruits and vegetables from the neighboring farm!

WALIBI RHÔNE-ALPES PARK

Walibi Rhône-Alpes Park is located in Les Avenières, near the Domaine du Manoir. It opened on April 3rd for the new season and will close on January 3rd.

Attractions, shops, shows, everything for a dream holiday full of thrills and relaxation, with family or friends.

To truly discover Walibi Rhône-Alpes Park , it's best to take your time! Between the attractions ( family rides , thrill rides , or rides for little ones ), the scenery, the shows, the shops, or the restaurants for a lunch break, your day will be packed!

If you would like to know how long it takes to walk around the park without missing anything,Allow at least 7 to 8 hours. Of course, this varies depending on the number of visitors and your pace of visit!

To be at ease and sure not to miss anything, take two full days .

WALIBI Rhône-Alpes PARK is open – almost – every day from 10am to 6pm, 7pm depending on attendance, but it is recommended to check the times before coming.

Similarly, it is preferable to book tickets online, as preferential rates are applied on the internet.

In addition to our shared breakfast , which showcases local and homemade products, we purpose the dinner (on reservation only), prepared daily by Laurence MENU, owner and chef of the Domaine, and shared at the same table. It's an excellent opportunity to discover regional cuisine while chatting with other travelers in a friendly atmosphere. The conversations around the table and the anecdotes shared enhance this feeling of immersion.

We share with you our favorite places to visit or to discover our favorite restaurants. We can also, if you wish, organize activities, guided tours, tastings or simply give you personalized advice so that you can make the most of our region.
